At Sports Fusion, we are committed to delivering quality products and a reliable experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Refund Policy

All purchases made through Sports Fusion are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Personal preference

• Delayed delivery due to external factors

Exchange Policy (Size or Item Change Only)

We only allow exchanges, subject to the following strict conditions:

• Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging

• All tags must remain intact and attached

• Any item showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will be rejected

Exchange Process

• The customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs

• The customer is also responsible for delivery fees for the exchanged item

• Exchanges are processed only after inspection and approval by our team

• If the requested size or item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued at our discretion only

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

• Discounted or sale items

• Customized or special-order products

• Items returned after the allowed timeframe

• Items without original packaging or tags

• Sports Fusion reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions

• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer

• We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments caused by courier services
